Please read these terms carefully before using Yabuh Autos platforms, auction bids, or scheduling certified vehicle inspections.
Operating Agreement
Welcome to Yabuh Autos ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, mobile applications, marketplace listing services, and on-demand diagnostic inspection platforms, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue all platform interactions.
01. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, buying cars, placing bids in our live automotive auctions, listing cars for sale, or booking on-demand inspections, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through site notifications, or direct email, and are effective immediately upon listing.
02. User Accounts & Verification
To list a vehicle, bid in live auctions, or request detailed automotive inspection packages, users must create a verified account. You agree to provide highly accurate, current, and complete details during signup and keep your credentials secure.
Account Security Responsibility
You are entirely responsible for all transactions, bids, and activities performed under your verified credentials. Please immediately notify security support if you suspect unauthorized account access.
03. Listings & Seller Rules
Sellers must provide true, complete, and accurate descriptions of their vehicles, including precise mileage indicators, damage reports, accidents, and modification logs.
- All car prices must be represented in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
- Sellers must have clear legal titles to all vehicles listed.
- Fraudulent or misleading listing descriptions will lead to immediate account suspension and blacklisting from Yabuh Autos.
04. Bidding & Auctions
By submitting a bid on a used-car auction, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle if your bid matches or exceeds the seller's designated reserve price.
Retracting active bids is not permitted under any circumstances once submitted. Failure to complete a transaction after winning an auction will result in permanent account termination and potential legal recourse by the selling party.
05. Inspection & Valuations
Certified inspections are visual evaluations of the vehicle’s components performed on the day of the review. The inspection report is a status indicator and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee of the vehicle's future performance or absolute safety.
Vehicle valuation estimations calculated by the platform's algorithms are opinions based on historical Canadian market records. They are not direct offers to purchase and should be used strictly as analytical guides.
06. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, designs, logos, software databases, and inspection tools on Yabuh Autos are protected by Canadian and International intellectual property laws. You agree not to scrape, copy, modify, or commercially distribute platform resources without our prior written authorization.
07. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Yabuh Autos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from transactions between buyers and sellers, inspection reviews, or mechanical outcomes of purchased vehicles.
Important Platform Disclaimer
Yabuh Autos provides listing marketplaces and mobile inspection scheduling but does not possess legal ownership of private vehicles sold. The buy-and-sell contract is exclusively between the buyer and the seller.
08. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from platform actions shall be resolved in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
